Camp Alandale is a Christian camp which ministers to abused and neglected children through a mountain camping program. Since 1980, over 3,000 of these special children have been touched by Jesus with the help of many volunteer counselors. Children, ages 9 to 18, come to camp for a week in the summer and weekends in the winter. In the summer there are 2 children per counselor and only 24 children per week. In the winter months there are 12 children, with 1 child per counselor. Each camper is invited back every year until they graduate from high school.

Camp Alandale offers many activities which include: hiking, crafts, swimming, games, worship, Bible studies, and most importantly, an opportunity for the healing of deep emotional scars. This healing comes through the love of Jesus Christ, which is shared with the children by the counselors and staff throughout their stay. All of the campers are wards of the court and are living in group or foster homes in Orange and San Diego Counties. The ministry of Camp Alandale is fully supported by donations of time and finances from churches, companies, and individuals.

Camp Alandale is a Christian, non-profit organization and is not affiliated with any church or denomination.
